Do it. I've been committing to the same grind. My skills have increased considerably tbh.
One to Three beats a day, 30 minutes to an hour on each.
Master your daw.
Do at least one full song from start to finish every single week.

You will grow considerably.

I'm not sure if you sample or if you're a composer but if you're the latter.
Writing everything from start to finish AND doing songs in different keys or playing
all of the instruments will ONLY improve your time, make you a better writer and make it easier
to get those ideas out.

For 2023, I'm aiming at 1 or 2 beats a day until the end of the year and a fully completed
beat or song each week. Shooting for songs.

I dont even avenge 1 beat a week, let alone 1 a day. I try but shyt doesnt come to me, or I dont like what do come up with most of the time. And the shyt I do like is unfinished.
If you can average 1 beat a week, I think that's pretty good. shyt would happen to me as well I would start a beat and never finish it. But try to go with the flow of your creative process, the whole got to complete certain amount at a certain time might fukk up your process up of creating great production, at least that's what I do. To get ideas i go digging, or listen to sample packs and stuff like that.

Well start today.
Master your workflow and develop your style.
Make one beat a day, a full record a week (Rapping, Singing or just a fully produced beat).

While also continuing any other music related studies (Practicing your instruments, knowing the major scale and all the keys
in it, knowing the modes (Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Aeolian, Locrian and of course Ionian), learn all
of your triads, 6ths, 7ths, 9ths and inversions of all of these chords, harmonize the major and minor scales etc.

When you've got all of these in your head and you're applying it to beats, shyt gets way, WAY easier.

This is what I want to do when I get my new brain!

Do you compose? If so, how long did it take to learn all this??

Yes.
I do.
It can take a while!
I still haven't completely memorized or mastered everything but I have
different goals from most people who just want to make beats.

I suggest you start with a basic theory course, Berklee has some books on harmony.
IF you have a 61 key midi keyboard and a DAW with a decent Piano VST then that's all
you need really.

Get some books on Song writing, one I would suggest is "Writing Music For Hit Songs" by Jai Josefs.

I'm not certain if the berklee book covers harmonic function but I think it does, it can be a helpful
framework for the beginning song writer and beat maker.

Many people say "You don't need theory" but I find myself using "Theory" all of the time.
An example is if I want a really "mellow" sound, I'll use Major 7ths and lots of minor chords with extensions
(7ths, 9ths etc.).

Learning what these chords do as well as the instruments typically used (Electronic, Electric or Acoustic) will
get you much closer to whatever sound you hear in your head.

Props bro, all sounds very intriguing and motivational to me, thanks.

I just bought a novation flkey 37, and this book hip hop production: inside the beats by prince charles alexander. I still have not learn everything about beat making so i have to do that first.
