As a older woman, I don't tell younger women anything. I feel like if you are 18 you are officially to do what you want.Older women should let younger women live their lives and stop being so jealous of them because they get the best of older men.

The problem is a lot of times their biases follow them into the workplace, school, and, other social situations.
People talk about men giving women jobs because attractiveness, nobody talks about women denying other women employment because they’re attractive.
Women don’t talk about the ritual hazing that women do in any workplace or social environment that they dominate.
All this to say oppressive hierarchy isn’t gender dependent.
