Nothing is forever except the Void ( A book of 5 rings) and the time we have now is finite, the law of sorrow states we will eventually lose all that we love, all that we hold dear. You will know sorrow. No living thing escapes death. At this stage I've made my peace with it as I've cheated, seen and sometimes courted Death (who the fukk am I? Thanos?) but nothing and no one will live forever. In fact, when it's my time I just want to go in peace when I gotta die.
