Looking back on this thread I was full of shyt lol, New Jack City is a classic no doubt but New Jack is a really really ridiculous goofy movie with horrible acting from basically everyone besides Wesley and Allan Payne. And the end makes little sense.

Nino is the main target throughout the whole movie.

Suddenly, mid-trial, he just says “no I was a member, Christopher Williams is the real CMB leader, there are other members” and they all believe him and give him one year. They come to that agreement in about 30 seconds.

He gives no valuable info at all about any of their crimes. They just take him at his word.
