Can't fukk or feel if something's wrong with myself, can't see what's going on in the world around me, or can't hear

Hearing, touch is a lot more important than hearing is.
Touch easily out the bunch, 
to being intimate or at least getting pleasure from it on your end. You also got to be mad careful you dont cut, burn or bleed out since you won't feel pain or even know when something is hurting you.
That's assuming we losing the ability to feel both pain and pleasure.

Losing sight would be the most devastating one mentality
Losing the ability to hear would drive me insane, I love the sound of the environment and music so for me that would be huge.
Losing the ability to feel anything would be the most dangerous. But I think I could deal with that... you really really have to be careful though, one mistake and you dying from an infection or worst.
The worst thing is if its only the sense of touch you could still get pleasure from highs and still be in pain from being sick
