You can officially consider yourself middle age now. Its a beautiful thing to make it that far in life these days especially as a black person and being healthy and living decently.
Man I got head and beard full of grey now, when I hit 29 I was a quarter grey, now I'm about 45 percent or so. I have to color my ish every 3 weeks to look my age.
