One of my employees is compaining about his remote work ending

My employer is a requiring employees to provide vaccine status to comply with Bidens federal vaccine mandate (I work for a defense contractor).

One of my bum ass employees lives 46 miles away from the office and is complaining about having to come back to work because he doesn't think his car will make it. Breh drives a 1992 Buick Regal with no hubcaps and faded hunter green paint. It makes a loud screeching noise everytime he cranks that bish up and is always leaking oil.

I'm thinking about telling him not to come back period. He already has a write up for "hygiene" issues and his quality of work is lacking to say the least
