Lyrical miracle is a tongue in cheek expression to mock the emphasis on lyricism peaking in 90s East Coast hip-hop.

Depends on who you ask. IMO, "lyrical miracle" is only a bad thing when the rhyming (the rhyme schemes in particular) is crazy, but everything else is lacking or suffers because of it. There's no real substance to it, but the rhyming sounds nice and looks good on paper.
