One state solution

Ive been hearing alot about this in recent weeks... Anyone want to clarify?

I hear a lot of BDS people saying that the 2 state solution is impossible now, but what is the alternative?

One state called Palestine? Or Israel absorbing the West Bank and Gaza giving every body citizenship?

I heard some right wing evil lady give her rendition of it which would be the west bank gets annexed and the Palestinians are given ID cards with "a pathway to citizenship". That would be a literal apartheid... Any liberal one state solutions? What does BDS think?

Currently, a one state solution with Israel leadership could only lead to a apartheid IMO. And it wouldn't be realistic considering right wing politicians been elected in office lately in both Palestinian and Israeli sides. For a a plausible one state solution, I believe it would require years (decades ?) of peace and a successful reconciliation process which is currently a mirage but maybe in a few decades hopefully.

That piece of Earth will NEVER know peace...Unless something short of a miracle changes things...Muhammad and Moses would have to appear to all the people and sign a peace treaty....

There will never be a political resolution to the Israel-Palestine...Part of that land's legacy and identity is millenia of war...War is the very fabric of those peoples cultures...They wouldn't know what to do with themselves in peace...
