One thing I can appreciate about the playoffs this year

Is that we're seeing some new blood in the spotlight. Teams that are either historically terrible or haven't won anything in a while.

The Cavs are in the conference finals for the first time in 6 years
The Hawks & Warriors are in the conference finals for the first time in over 40 years
The Rockets can potentially get to the conference finals for the first time in almost 20 years
The Clippers can potentially get to the conference finals for the first time in their 45 year existence

And then beyond that, the Cavs & Clippers have never won a title. The Rockets haven't won in 20 years. The Warriors haven't won since the 70's, the Hawks haven't won since the 50's.

I guess in short I'm saying it's refreshing to see a different batch of teams, instead of the usual franchises that are always left standing at this time of the year:ld:
