I've lived London, from the U.S so I can tell you that UK is way different than the U.S. they got places where it's like 98% white. The UK population is something crazy like 84% White overall (compared to like 60% in the U.S). Meaning besides the diverse places like London, Manchester Birmingham and few other places that have mainly other races (like Indians, Blacks Asians etc) the other places are like PURE white so like 97-98% White.

So stats can be decieving. Most places in UK don't have access to black dikk and when they do see it they go crazy for it.

By definition of "at the same rate," that's not the case.

If 2% of Africans were doing it (same rate as cacs), this would be a virtual non-story.

But it's a full 1 out of 4 Africans in the UK.
