You have to put this in perspective with the rise of rap's popularity and its demographic base.

That's why you can see that all these albums are post 1999.

Full Force was making big money behind the scenes the past few decades. They produced songs on those boy band albums that are on that list.

Not a coincidence that hip hop has become the number 1 genre in the world and the last 2 artists of the decade are white rappers

I won't front. I miss the boy band era. Listening to Radio Disney :russ:. Just a lot of catchy feel good music. I'm sure nostalgia is a part of it too though lol.

I owned MMLP and loved it. Will go to bat for it til this day.

I owned TES and...... yeah :francis:

I didn't own Carter 3, didn't need to. All I had to do was walk outside or drive a few miles with the windows down. EVERYBODY was bumping it. That and TI. But I was on The Carter 3 Sessions mixtape HEAVY. HEAVY.

I'm sure I owned a Backstreet Boys or N'Synch record.... but I can't remember a single track or song unless you play a single

I missed out on Norah Jones. "Dont Know WHy" was everywhere (within certain circles), and I ignored it like I did every artist that was everywhere, unless I was rocking with them since before they were somebodies. . shyt was on Sesame Street. But so was Feist. The minor shytstorm Feist stirred.

I remember The Beatles album being talked about for what seemed like forever. I didn't give a shyt. I had all the individual records.

Never owned any of the other albums.

I woulda thought MJ would be on the list. And Doggystyle. I never seen such a highly anticipated album in my lifetime
