LA is not a city for black people at all. Blacks been leaving in drones for line 20 years, the actually population of LA is literally like 7% black 
How can black people call a city the best city in the nation where 60% of the population targets you so you can move out, even going as far as homicide to drive you out, then the rest of the races ignore it and dont even care because they want you gone too.
