Yes I really like it. I was a big fan of The Three Amigos so I like seeing Steve Martin and Martin Short work together again. I guess I am the only person on earth that doesn't really know anything about Selena Gomez. Too old to follow her career but she seems to be doing well for a non actor.
The mystery has me interested as to who dude in the hoodie is.
Also I am assuming Mable's (Gomez) friend was murdered too - pushed off the building all those years ago.
Why did she go see the super? He blew her off so I guess she has history with his family?
Also I am loving the Gut Milk MLM piece because of course there would be someone in the building who was selling MLM to everyone.

Good show. Steve Martin and Martin Short of course have great chemistry, Tina Fey also kills her scenes.
I'm just not feeling Selena Gomez in her role
very bland. And maybe that's because her character is not as eccentric as Steve Martin's and Short's but she also doesn't elicit any sympathy, which is necessary for her role.

I have never heard any of Selena's songs or seen any of her shows. I think she does OK. I think her character is supposed to be bland as that is how her personality has come about. She is living in the past - missing her Hardy Boys days - and has kind of zoned out of everything else.
I just hope they get down to it as there are only 4 episodes left and they just added another prime suspect. This makes about 4 in the last 5 episodes.

I think it is either tie dye kid or his father who did it. Strong possibility of both too. It goes back to what the Detective said. You got to explain “the who, how, why, and why now” The who (tie die kid) how (he knows how to sneak into apartments him and his gf did it before) Why (revenge for being framed) and Why now (he literally just got out of jail) and him being close to the Selena is why he knew he needed to stab Steve Martin’s girl because she wouldn’t leave shyt alone. He wants it framed on the deaf kid for multiple reasons. I think the Father is his son’s accomplice. He has just as much reason to want revenge and would have rat poison as a building super.
