I had a White lady that was my supervisor for years. That lady hated me, and she tried to fire me around my second year there.

I started documenting everything and covering my bases. She saw that her plan wasn't going to work, so she started doing other shyt like when it was time for promotions she was passing me up and looking at White boys with less experience and less education.

That was a frustrating few years for me from like 2009-2016.

I eventually went back to school and got the same certification to be a principal that she had. A few years later I got a job as a school administrator.

I noticed her attitude went from being a jerk towards me to literally being a little afraid of my next move. Literally the prey became the predators in a few short years.

I believe in always trying to work my way into a position of being a boss to whatever I'm doing.
