Brehs this song right here....:banderas:

This one song used to be my workout mix. Man this shyt had a nikka wanting to lift a mountain. This is music to fight to, to break shyt to and workout to.

Edit:

"Unpredictable, i'm liable to flip my lid
My moms dropped me on my head, when I was a kid
then I lost all my marbles, today I lost my job
So unless it's Armageddon, somebody's bound to get robbed"

Man that verse right there is what made me say sticky is that nikka. To me this was one of several of his 'Busta in scenario' moments

I still got the Source with them on the cover.. :obama:

personal classic..

I disagree this is not just a 'personal' classic, it just classic period. Onyx brought that fight music slam dance shyt to hip hop, imo. I didn't realize it at the time, but now that time has passed their impact cannot be denied.

This was the start of NY taking back hiphop from the West IMO...Slam got played everywhere and the tape was classic. Bought this bootleg for 2.50 on Fordham Ave up in Harlem and I wore that shyt out the entire year. You could listen to the entire album today and it would still be fresh.

personally, its a classic.. alot of folks who listen to hip-hop, or even grew up in that era- dont agree on what classics are, just like today..

its a subjective, no matter how its spun.. thats why i chose the word.. and, Onyx didnt bring that style/genre in.. they capitalized, and were noticed off of it the most..

funny thing is, those guys were all groomed to be like that.. they have a funny backstory, but lets just stick to the music.. again- personal classic..

Exactly. I was like 4 when this album came out, but I discovered it about 10 years ago and can still listen to it til this day and it doesn't sound dated at all to me like a lot of 90s hip hop. Def a classic album that has held up over time.
