I'm sure you heard of John Crawford, the brother that was shot for screwing around with a TOY rifle in a Walmart. Why would you think carrying real guns would be met with a different reaction?
Open carry is a strictly white activity. Just a bunch of libertarian guys kicking up shyt and goading the police for some YouTube hits. If Black folks or Arab Muslims started walking through Target with loaded military style rifles on our backs, those laws would change VERY quickly.
