It is. The only people who do that are doing something they shouldn’t be. Years ago when I drove Uber, I picked up a girl from one seedy motel, and taking her to an even seedier one. She did this and I’m prettier sure she was snorting coke before going to see a trick or something
some people have no spatial awareness. for years I'd tell my mom look over her shoulder before opening the car door and she only does it when i remind her cause I see she's about to pull the door handle. it's because of people like her I'm very cautious about riding my bike near cars, getting doored can be fatal.
