Just wondering why when I try to access the site on Opera with the VPN feature enabled it says the IP address has been banned?

Is this something the site operator, whoever that is, is willing to remedy or not?

still works for me just depends on the website,, I know google sometimes ban free vpn IP's and tor ip's
