opinions on fixing a fcked up sleep schedule

alright, last thread today.

how do you fix a messed up sleep schedule? let's say you've been waking up at 4-5 pm and going to bed at noon. and it's gotten to this point over a couple weeks. what's the best way to swtich back to something normal?

would you just have some caffeine at noon when you're about to fall asleep, and then stay up that day? or slowly ease into over a period of a few days-week?

ive done this before.

youve got to stay up. get soem major caffeine in you. like 3 cups of coffee over the night. then more coffee. then when daytime comes keep so busy. dont lay down anywhere. dont sit down. by the time it gets late again you will pass out and set your alarm early. i was in that situation once.

thanks breh, so basically it's 6am for me here, and i woke at 5pm yesterday. so basically i should do anything i can to stay up until at least like 9-10 o clock?


edit don't just dap it @Indica c answer the question breh just keep staying up or no?
