how do you fix a messed up sleep schedule? let's say you've been waking up at 4-5 pm and going to bed at noon. and it's gotten to this point over a couple weeks. what's the best way to swtich back to something normal?
would you just have some caffeine at noon when you're about to fall asleep, and then stay up that day? or slowly ease into over a period of a few days-week?
