Orange County Deputy Shoots Black Man - Justified Or Not?

Why didn’t he just run away after he finished putting the beats on the cop? Took that cop like 15 seconds to get ready to shoot while the guy was running around tossing the guns. Probably could have gotten away.

Guns prolly had bodies. Pretty sure he didn't assume there's always a camera recording kuz whether he threw them or not, they will be retrieved.

Its possible he was in the process of stashing them for future usage or due to an investigation
