Ordering from kiosk at local food businesses

More local businesses are using these (if you don't know what they are, they are those self ordering machines)

In your experience, do they tend to charge higher prices for items compared to if you just order at the counter or over the phone from the menu, or is it usually the same? (This is for local businesses, not MCD, etc)

i like them cause they usually have pictures of each item you're ordering.

I usually just order on my phone and pick it up that way.

It's the same price in my experience.
