I would think that video is old, dude wouldn't have even been sentenced yet as slow as the fed system moves, and with those charges, he's doing at least 70-100 months, and that's with substantial cooperation, no way is he out on those RICO charges already. I doubt he can post bond either, they probably have him on a hold, or a 500,000 + bond.

I know about 10 nikkas in Boston who were rounded up under RICO charges a few years back. The majority of them had the cases dropped or beat the charges. 1 pleaded out.

The Feds and BPD basically wanted to take the major players off the streets for the hot summer.

The FEDS created RICO for white mobsters but it's pretty much being used exclusively on minority gang members nowadays.
