then, just like clockwork...
cena's dad is assaulted once again.

why would they not expand on the actual storyline.
of cena and Orton's last crazy encounter, and make it better.
instead of a horrific rehash of the exact same bs.
we saw before, on the same bat channel years ago.


this cena/orton shyt is like a bad rerun.

when, this angle could actually be orton and cena equals god mode.
if, wwe just expanded on the history of orton/cena.
plus, their last compelling match, when orton handcuffed cena.
I guess we are supposed to have forgotten amidst kofi pinning orton.
yet, all orton versus kofi did.
was highlight more lightning in a bottle they missed out on years ago.
all because kofi slipped on some wet paint.

how much better would it be,..
if cena vs orton was an evolving storyline in ring and out of the ring.
the reason why flair/steamboat and later flair/funk was is and still is argueably the best angle and matchwork.
is it all made sense to every spot and the psychology inring.
steamboat going after flair for a pinfall or submission.
by immediately attacking him for the chicken wing.

plus, it was solidified to the angle.
with funk attacking flair and changing the most despicable heel ever in flair into the vulnerable crowd favorite number one face.

if they still actually had two belts.
where last year at mania,....ryback went over brock.

now, you got a world heavyweight division built on power and the big guy as the attraction.

you could have revisited ryback vs henry, and hordes of power based conflicts.
swapped the belt back and forth,...

put punk back into the angle to challenge ryback's streak.
then, beat punk back for his loss from hiac.
then, comes out comes brock, to challenge him for his belt inbetween the royal rumble.
where brock could go over, or cause controversy.
with batista debuting and challenging for the whc, against ryback or even BROCK LESNAR.

the way it is setup now....
with one belt, and the face of the company being stiffed.
then, squarely being put into a stable.
when, he should be in conflict with corporate kane in a chase for the title.

only good thing we get now,..is the debut of the real bryan Danielson's mean streak heinous offense.

which won't result in what should be the best wrassler in the world being the face of this weak ass company.

The "network" isn't a TV station. It's really more akin to Netflix in its structure. The big selling point is the monthly PPV and the library of every PPV in history for $10 a month. It's definitely a smart move from a business standpoint to cut out the middle man while getting some of your audience that pirates and contributes $0.00 to your bottom line to start paying.
