You got nikkas that have had trash audio for years, technical issues because they don't want to learn the software or hire a tech assistant, no experimentation, not deep diving into their analytics and on and on. When their audience calls them out or offers suggestions the hosts get defensive and fall back into that "this that real shyt we don't need all that fancy bullshyt to deliver this GAME" and the black YouTubers that do have success usually plateau because they were just chasing the algorithm with no real direction, over spamming clips trying to squeeze every penny out of the content they could(Math Hoffa)

Kevin Samuels, however you may feel about him, took YouTube serious enough to crack the code and gain a million subs in under 2 years. Who dropped a bag to get the game Kevin learned? The big goofy built white bytch. Andrew Tate hacked the whole fukkin Internet a few months ago. Anytime I see vids or podcast with trash audio that’s alll I need to know. You can get away with average lenses or video but audio tells me everything I need to know about your product or operation.

Also structure helps as well. Many of the black creators just talk without any direction or flow. Just shooting the shyt for 3 hours. You need time stamps and structure.

Zo williams about 7 or 8 years ago with Corey Holcomb had a nice movement going but there was no structure in my opinion and zo would go on long tangents. Which is why I think they were salty at Kevin Samuels when he blew up in 2020.

We need to use our marketability to be better merchants. You put a black person infront of a camera it is going to generate reactions and emotions of watchers, good or bad. It all eventually becomes star power. That’s already taken care of. Brehs gotta use that “hustle” ethic for actual constructive stuff and see themselves as merchants (how the book “Thou Shall Prosper” puts it, even if you’re an employee, Market yourself as a CONTRACTOR that’s giving the value to the company, not the other way around). We already proved we can do marketing well. Hell, chick fil a gave AMERICA the whole formula and everyone still is bad at it. You go to an Asian, white, black, Indian spot, you’ll get bad service. Put all those races in a chic fil a, they give you good service

This. I was legit surprised and in some ways disgusted that none of them tried their hand at it. Then again, complacency is a very serious issue with some brehs. You even see it on here in regards to certain issues.
