Get your vitamins up, don't take anti-inflammatory medicine, stay your ass in the house, and when you get shyt from the outside let it sit untouched for 4 days (virus can survive on surfaces like metal and plastic for max 3-4 days) if possible.

Besides that the basic shyt such as wash your hands often, don't touch your face, disinfect often used surfaces

shyt got me spooked brehs, my asthma was terrible when I was a kid was in the hospital for weeks at a time.

shyt came back about 15 years ago out of no where and had a breh gasping for air. Since then I have been good but this shyt may trigger it. Feeling a little under the weather now huge headache and nasal congestion and a cough. I hope it’s just allergies. I am 37 age is still on my side right?
