Honestly, it probably is Liar Liar as #1. After that it's debatable. I'd personally put Liar Liar, The Mask, and Pet Detective as the top 3 that turned him into a superstar.

Truman Show is a 10/10 classic movie with one of the greatest scripts and the others are fart joke movies

That's what I'm saying. Liar Liar was the perfect Jim Carrey movie. Classic Jim Carrey foolishness without the low brow humor and enough believeable drama and real world stakes.
