Ive heard mostly bad things. Even for just emulators. Apparently its badly underpowered and the buttons response lags. I was all about getting one til about a month before release but after hearing all that i just jailbroke my ps3 again
Do u know of any easy way to play emulators on tv without a computer?
Modded 360, wii, or ps3. Jailbroken iphone or galaxy and use hdmi out. Or find cheap laptop to connect to the tv. PCs from 5-10 years ago will be able to run NES to N64 probably.

You can use a PS3 controller. There are also other 3rd party Bluetooth controllers you can use.
Better off just buying a old n64.,that's what I plan on doing they can be had for like $40
