The Ezio trilogy was dope as fukk.. yall trippin..... Assassin Creed 1 was Super garbage.. Assassin creed 3 just had a shyt story.. nothing remotely interesting about all those cacs and the American Revolution.. the multiplayer is highly slept on though..
Every Resident Evil after 3 were overrated except for RE1 remake and RE Zero... RE 5 and 6 were hot gabage..

Rising was ass but it shouldn't be considered as part of the main MGS series
GTA 4 was some trash but San Andreas cements GTA as GOAT..
Final Fantasy is def the most overrated series out the bunch... thank god they finna drop FF15

Call of Duty 2 brought "Aiming Down the Sight" to the mainstream... I hated Aiming from the hip games...and I still do. Without it, Killzone, and others would still be on that Halo shyt.
Modern Warfare 1 was one of the most iconic times a studio went away from what was making them money (WWII themed cash cows) and made a new identity and excelled at it, making a GREAT game.
I can't say they are over hyped. But I agree with you about all of the other games in the series.
I give my honest opinion on everything here. Just because I prefer Xbox doesn't mean I don't like ps3 or its games. I've said plenty of time that Heavy Rain was one of my favorite games this gen.

Yea Code veronica and RE4.... to me code veronica was waaaay too long also
another over rated game recently released was Tomb Raider. 
The game was okay, a strong 7 but god damn at the hyperbole! nikkas was saying it was GOTY worthy, better than Uncharted blah blah. I really want to hear these same cats talking that dumb shyt after TLOU just dropped.
I mean I played Tomb Raider in the best way possible, at 1080P, maxed out graphics 60fps tressfx on PC and it still was Smash Bros Melee Samus tier compared to Uncharted. The game lacked soul and life. It had copycat set pieces, boring characters, bland story and lackluster voice acting. Whenever someone got killed off, I literally felt as if I was watching a middle school play.
I swear some of you cats that was saying this just love to hate on Uncharted and be contrarian. Bunch of Winb83 ass nikkas on here I swear

Overhyped games are mostly a Playstation Exclusive. Disgruntled Playstation gamers are the loudest, so according to you guys every xbox game that sold a billion copies was overrated. And every PS3 game that flopped was and still is a classic. Shiit, even MGS4 was known as the best game EVER MADE by like the majority of you

Again you don't want me to bring up that Gran Turismo sales data because it trumps every Halo game and everything else on the 360. 360 titles aren't solid at all for SP. MP is the only saving grace and we all know MP games aren't considered GOTY worthy.

Nah son Code Veronica was crazy...coppin that shyt when it came out on Dreamcast was amazing...I liked how it mixed both RE2 and RE3 elements and it was a true sequel to RE2...great game..

Son u buggin...Tomb Raider is a great game...not sayin it's better than Uncharted 2 or TLOU(which I haven't purchased yet) but I had a lot of fun with it on the PC...and why u mention Tress FX being enabled like it added anything to the game?..lol..that shyt literally only changed her hair...
