The lengths folks on this board go through to discredit the Warriors is astounding.
It's rare for the Warriors to be discredited on this board. And in fact, any time someone "discredits" the Warriors it's really the opposite.

So basically GS needs 4 All-Stars including 2 of the top 3 players in the world, 2 of the last 3 MVPs, 2 of the last 3 scoring champs, the best shooting back-court in league history, the best shooting trio in league history, the best 2-way guard in the league, DPOY and a Finals MVP comin off the bench just to beat Lebron.

........but somehow Lebron ain't the best player in the world :dead::dead::dead:

I agree with OP.

Here is a quote about a similar situation.

Also, the problem with your analysis is that those Jazz teams played with a synergy and cohesiveness that went beyond the names on the roster after Stockton and Malone. It's why a seriously more talented Lakers squad with prime Shaq, Eddie Jones, Nick van Exel, and young Kobe got their asses swept by them. Basketball is more than a list of names on a roster. These Clippers wouldn't do jackshyt in the playoffs 20 years ago because they're a collective of underachievers( apologies to Chris Paul, who I love as a player).
