My weight used to fluctuate a lot when I was slightly younger. Now it doesn't and I ended up being overweight. Mostly coming from dealing with emotional health problems.

For some reason, I've noticed the attention I get from women is pretty much the same, maybe even better. I kind of just attribute it to my being older and can rock a beard fully now. It's only weird cause I'm at the point where this is the worst I've felt in my life.

Life has always been the same for me whether i'm overweight, normal, or fit. i just feel better when i'm fit.

i think people only start to treat you differently when you go from overweight to full on obese.

This. I have a whole thread devoted to this. When I drop down to certain weights, I'm still fat, but the reactions are completely different.

When you listen to people you'd think otherwise but you're right. Seems like women love hefty men.
Like the chick im with right now. I told her i wanna lose 40 lbs to go down to 205 or 210 lbs. Her response to me with a straight face: You do that and I'd leave your ass on the spot :stopitslime:
The other side breezies seem to share that sentiment too :manny:

I struggled with weight up until the summer before 9th grade. I slimmed down and grew a couple inches. I never got too big in high school because I didn't have a car during that time period and walked all the time. After high school I let myself go for a long time. Weight fluctuated a lot once I got over 200 lbs.

The most I saw when I stepped on a scale was 275lbs. Something hit me back in February while I was just sitting quietly thinking about life. I knew I was a slob and eating obsessively and unhealthy as well. I'm talking fast food everyday and 2 to 3 bowls of sugary breakfast cereal type of sloppy brehs. :scust:

So I just took the knowledge I got off forums and watching healthy documentaries on Netflix and decided to lose weight. Cut out bread, dairy, and refined carbs from my daily diet. I bought a bathroom scale and started doing body-weight exercises daily. I started at 250lbs @ 6"1 back in February and now I'm currently at 205lbs and the lightest I've been since high school. I'm trying to see below 200lbs for the first time in 10 years brehs. :mjcry:
