They’ve been grooming DeCosta for years and giving him responsibility(and money) over the years so he wouldn’t leave

There is no source(and there wont be one because the Ravens own the local media and nobody on the national stage gives a fukk) but anybody who follows the Ravens knows this is how they get down
They really don’t like to fire people.If they respect you they’ll just encourage you to retire,step down,or look for another job
Caldwell wasn’t gonna be brought back but they allowed him to try and find a job instead of firing him
Dean Pees just “retired” 10 days ago and now all of a sudden hes the Titans new DC(local media still trying to say his retirement was legit

Yeah, if people don't listen to 105.7 the fan or wbal I don't think people knew unless they a superfan that checks out of market team news with TuneInRadio. I think ESPN may have brought up DeCosta by way of Mel Kipper Jr a few times.
