How?
Lamar is a face of the league. He’ll likely never be Thee face of the league, but neither will Burrow and Allen. That title belongs to Patrick Mahomes, and he’d have to have a catastrophic fall off for him to lose it.
In the sense that Lamar has put in the work and is always in the playoffs. The two guys that you mentioned were given their accolades from day one, with no work.

That’s a bit disingenuous considering that Allen has consistently made the playoffs after his rookie year and has actually put up better numbers when it matters than Lamar.

Lol, what? Allen wasn't given accolades in 2018 with no work. Allen has been to the playoffs in 5 out of 6 seasons , just like Lamar (though Lamar was hurt and didn't play in the 2022 playoff game)

The NFL is definitely doing all they can to keep this story UTR.

This is why networks want blowhards like SAS and ex-athletes like Perk all over the coverage. That way, the focus stays 100% on the players and the left hand has no idea what the right hand is up to.

Now y'all wanna know WHY the NFLPA is weak?

It's easy.

The majority of players are just barely hanging on. One wrong step and they're selling insurance or working at the local dealership. They want to maximize their earnings in the short window they've got...maybe 3 to 6 years tops. Those guys have no stomach to hold out...giving up a whole season could be anywhere from 1/3 to 1/5 of their short careers.

Owners know those guys will go along with anything as long as you throw in a little sweetener.

The minority of players making $$$$$ (basically any above average starting QB, good or better defensive players etc), can take a long-term view. Owners don't worry about those guys because the NFLPA votes are done based on a simple majority. As long as you can get the middle/lower-tier guys to agree, that's all you need.

John Doe the QB with $100M liquid net worth is going to have a very different outlook than Dave Doe who makes league minimum and just wants to keep his spot on the 53. Owners target Dave and give him JUST enough to bend the knee.
Facts. Which is why it would be better for the players if quarterbacks didn't get so much money as well as if the lower tier guys got more money. NBA guys who are not even that good get a lot and that allows them to be able to hold off and bargain for better labour rules. A long snapper or 3rd string running back can't hold a hard line.

Josh Allen eas proclaimed superman by game 5. Meanwhile Lamar had to deal with the " running Black QB" bs for his first two years. Understand I'm not talking about how you perceived him. Lamar's arm is deadly. This is where the collusion comes in. His receivers. Baltimore has finally got him a squad!. They could have done this earlier, but then he would be getting paid by someone else right now.

Didn't they effectively do this before when they capped first round pick salaries? I remember they were upset Sam Bradford demanded a bigger contract than Peyton Manning without even playing a game yet in the NFL when he got drafted.

They’re kind of doing it already now as two teams broke rank in giving 2nd round picks fully guaranteed deals and now everyone else is holding firm including the players as well.

I did a check on Athletes First and you are completely right. The Mulugheta ain't even the head of the agency. Look at the Executives of this organization and tell me what you notice.

The company ain't even owned by the CEO. They are now owned by Private Equity. How many Black People do you think Private Equity is hiring?
People are so funny, just looking for reasons to be victims all the time.

The owner of that private equity fund (it’s venture capital) Mastry Inc is Rudy Cline-Thomas. And the other owner another VC is General Catalyst, whose CEO and chairman is Kenneth Chennault. Google them. You probably know that they are black but still want to push the notion that our people ain't doing shyt, cause nobody else will google them
