People are so funny, just looking for reasons to be victims all the time.
The owner of that private equity fund (it’s venture capital) Mastry Inc is Rudy Cline-Thomas. And the other owner another VC is General Catalyst, whose CEO and chairman is Kenneth Chennault. Google them. You probably know that they are black but still want to push the notion that our people ain't doing shyt, cause nobody else will google them

Terrible players unionThe NFLPA must have said some grimy shyt about it's own players or have dirt of their own for them to not want that information to go public.
I did a check on Athletes First and you are completely right. The Mulugheta ain't even the head of the agency. Look at the Executives of this organization and tell me what you notice.

The company ain't even owned by the CEO. They are now owned by Private Equity. How many Black People do you think Private Equity is hiring?

There being structural racism and brehs making moves are mutually exclusive events
Because they putting blame on these kids when its systemic racism that put them in this situation in the first place. When white supremacy takes away all choices, this is the result, violence.
My Aunt is a teacher in North Philly.
Anytime you bring up "white supremacy" as to why things are the way they are in her neighborhood, she'll tell you nah it's the parents and choices they make.
Kids showing up with weapons, drugs, smelling like weed, getting cussed out by parents, kids with bruises because they're clearly being abused at home.
And the school she's at only goes up to 5th grade.
I just think it's interesting that somebody actually from there ain't looking at white supremacy to point the finger at.
At some point you have to take accountability for your actions. Tons of black folks living in poor conditions but not harming people
I do agree that White Supremacy is why Philly is what it is, but what's the solution?
The destruction is on autopilot at this point.
I think my Aunt's point is even if you are identifying white supremacy as the issue, what's next?
Simply telling the people who live in those neighborhoods "white supremacy y'all" doesn't solve anything.
