First tenant they showed SHOULD'VE had her face blurred she looked rough as hell


Then they cut to the actual dog owner with her face blurred out, then IMMEDIATELY jump to another 2 cuts showing her face

Then the landlord is able to speak off camera to protect their identity

Could be, but a lot of it is scared immigrants that don't want the police involved or don't want to cause trouble.

I remember when the hot water went out in my building (later found out it was emergency boiler work). I was standing outside my apt on my phone & asked some people that i saw on my floor are they getting hot water...they were acting scared to admit something was wrong.
