There's no fast way, get a vape the smell will last a few minutes at the most and its not a burning smell and they won't be able to tell if your high or not because it's much cleaner.

Just do something that you enjoy doing. If I'm not watching movies or making music while I'm stoned then I really just sit back and think about how high I am and its freaks me out a little. The trick is to be comfortable with smoking tho, if you got doubts in your head before you hit the bong then that shyt is gonna be amplified x10

i had the same thing happen 3 weeks ago when ic ame back from a near 5 month break. the mental high was terrifying and the visuals were like that of a low dose acid trip. now i can handle it like before i took the break. tolerance raises quickly when you come back from time off. that first high back though
