Gotta get by the Tigers first. I think you'll have to settle for an ALCS appearance, breh. :jawalrus:

:mjpls: You sure about the Tigers, Verlander out there looking like present day Tim Lincecum, :flabbynsick: All them innings and 100+ pitch counts are catching up to him. :beli: But, too bad Scherzer has stepped up big though. Tigers been a bad matchup, got whooped on earlier this season. But, this time is our year, no fluke. :birdman:

Verlander isn't even close to Lincecum levels of :flabbynsick: :yao: His ERA will wind up around 3.00 and he'll be top-5 in strikeouts. Let's not forget what he did to the A's in the playoffs. :umad:

I don't think you want these problems again. :birdman:

:pacspit:

:mjpls: all 10,366 fans the A's have should get online and vote, you can vote as many times as you want. But like dude said, nobody wants to see the a's play, not even in oakland.that's why a first place, up and coming team like the a's rank 17th in attendance :flabbynsick: :umad:

Their not even in 17th they're 23rd :russ: bbbut they have to stay in Oakland :dead: I'm sure they'd have better attendance in San Joerrr nevermind I wont go there.

They are entertaining though a helluva lot more entertaining than the Giants this year

If you want go that route go back n check.. The numbers historically have been pretty even for both teams going bsck about 30 years, which is telling for the a's fan base, considering the a's have had more success in the bay area and yet have average at best attendance. Look at their attendance dip drastically after the 89 world series win.. 2-3 years removed from a WS title and they suddenly have one of the worst attendances in the league :flabbynsick:

A's fans in general :flabbynsick:

Yoenis Cespedes of the Oakland Athletics will swing for the Citi Field fences in the Home Run Derby next Monday night, rounding out the eight-player field.

Well if you wanna go that route... It's far more telling in the A's fans favor considering they moved to the Bay Area 10 years after the Giants. I'm not saying the A's get good attendance, but you can't say the A's have bad fans. Especially with management selling off our best players every other year. Both teams have about 10,000 DIE HARD fans in the Bay, the rest are fair weather and will go to the newer stadium. You can't deny this
