Yes but since the American and Pakistani have pushed Al Qaeda out, this behavior has resumed. It's not just a few isolated guys either. Full blown Afghan military officers, including high ranking ones, RAPE and fukk young boys in hearing range of American military officers. American soldiers say they hear boys' screams in the night but are told to stand down and do nothing. This is their "culture".
