My point is pretty clear.

Kev said they making money, and now they don't need a man. And I agree.

I'm out in these streets - and Black women in particular, but women in general, are saying the same thing.

If they wanted a man, according to them, they would get one.

But they prefer their lives without having a man.

We can all make the argument, that they're all secretly waiting for a "real man" to show up - but I'm looking at the reality of the situation.

Many women, aren't making the types of moves they would need to make to get a man/"real man".

We've seen them be able to make the moves to get the big jobs, play politics, take leadership roles etc - so it's not like these chicks are not intelligent.

I have to believe their words, I have to believe their actions.

I can't substitute what *I* think they should want.

I see a lot of people try to do that with other people. I see it everyday actually.



I see that too.

But I've always seen that, from the 90's to now. They're always chatting and complaining about men, dating options, etc.

That said, I SEE THEIR MOVES.

I don't pay attention to what women say, I pay attention to what they do.

And what they're doing, what they're spending hours every day doing, is going to school, getting jobs, and stacking dollars.

And if I take my own personal observations out of the mix, I can see that in the data.

What they do is what actually counts.

You can't in one instance say, "Black women are the least protected" and in the other instance, "Black women don't need a man."

At a certain point you have to stop observing and make a prediction or actionable goal from those observations or you just wasted your time and could have made better use of it by watching paint dry.
Those women are clearly lying. A lot of people will attempt to show you their best face as opposed to discussing their many failings in life, especially if they are around seemingly "successful" people.

And, I disagree with the idea that because a woman is good at playing politics, getting a job, she could translate that into a marriage. Marriage takes a certain amount of selflessness. It takes dedication and sacrifice. Climbing the corporate ladder isn't the same as creating a strong family.

The fact of the matter is we are agents of the tangible realm (physicality and resources) while women are agents of the intangible realm. They always want the man to have/do/be more tangibly. Women were fed a narrative that they can have/do/be all and largely feel bamboozled (Millennial women especially).

So while they're living their "best life", they do not truly want that daily grind and fiscal responsibility on their shoulders, and the "I don't need a man", huddling with their sister girlfriends for brunches and other experiences is essentially a defense mechanism as the 6-Figure Woman Air is thin up top and they refuse to commit to a man "beneath" them. It is a wall/challenge for "better men" to topple.

There's a reason Black people are at the bottom of every society.

Stronger families = stronger groups = stronger societies. Black folk have lost wealth in America, not gained wealth, and the disparity between white and Black wealth is increasing, not decreasing.
This is a deathknell, and with other groups with tighter family units coming to the U.S. in droves, it will only exacerbate our issues.

Losing political power, being pushed out of high-earning jobs, and with A.I.... yeah, y'all can keep that freedom bullshyt.

A functional and strong society isn't centered around having a bunch of freedom. Want to be free? Go live off grid in a forest or woodland somewhere. You'll have all the freedom you could ever want.

But we don't operate as a group like that.

If we ever operated like that before, it was because it was forced on us. Be it segregation or Women not being able to vote/own property/get educated/get money - it was not by a real choice.

Now that Black women have have a choice, have options, they are opting to not marry.

And if down stream effect on the community is that the group suffers as a result - so be it.

Women choosing education and careers over marriage isn't just happening in The Black Community. It's happening everywhere and to every community, outside of the Muslims in Muslim Countries - who don't give women the freedom to make those decisions. And when Muslim women make it to the West, a lot of them RUN.

Asian women - do they want to marry into some man's family and take care of his parents as they age? Do they want to submit to those gender roles?

No, they marry white guys instead.

Latinas - Do they want to do all that cooking, cleaning, on top of going to work that Machismo Cultures demand?

White European Women - every advantage and law in the world - maternity leave, baby baskets, social welfare state - are they choosing marriage and kids? No and No.
