Had canibus debuted with a classic album and followed it up with at least 2 dope ones he would be up there with the GOATS

Pap was next in line for that NYC crown. U can even say he was one of the last to be next in line.

But canibus was spitting verse of the year type shyt during Nas Hov Pun DMX etc prime years

I still listen to some of his shyt like WTF was he thinking when he wrote that..
