There was no social media, including things like Periscope in 1996.
Eating groceries was rare, especially in actual action.
LGBT was not a combined thing. Nor was a coordinated meesage being put out there
Porn was not available in your pocket 24 hours a day.
There was no 72 hour post coitus pill.
There was no potential male birth control pill talk.
Strippers weren't household names.
There was no Super Gonnorhea, manufactured Ebola and/or Zika to be worried about.
No teachers to smash on the reg.
No sugar daddies to pay for college tuition.



Almost forgot, being in the bathroom with someone with same biological parts was seen as standard protocol, not a flexible situation.


How do parents talk o their kids about Birdz and the Beez out here in 2016.

its hard to say honestly

I had already showed my stuff and gotten girls to show me theirs by the first grade. even though I definitely liked girls at the time the actual act of sex wasnt going through my mind at that point in time. that changed by the time I was around 10 and I definitely hadnt had the talk by then. but I knew just about everything by that point because of other kids

now that I think about it I was around 8 or 9 when I started thinking about getting sexual with girls cus I was still telling my mom everything that was going on in my head she probably shoulda talked to me about it then honestly.

Gay movement was strong as hell back then. The gay liberal media been popping since the late 80's
Obviously there weren't smartphones, but porn was one of the first big things on the internet. Plus porno mags were everywhere.
No IG hoes or famous strippers, but rap videos had chicks clapping/popping all kinds of ways. You had to go all the way in the porn game to be famous, tho.
Teachers were definitely smashing students just as much as now. It's not like crazy folks didn't exist.

yeah in general I'd say its rare for kids to start up on actual sex before 12-13. you could wait until then but they're gonna know everything by that point. you'd just be preaching to them about protection and responsibilty.
