Ik u in the business so you know your stuff, but what the guy said I can see where he is coming from. When I used to work I’m fine dining it was the weekdays where the people who spent money like it doesn’t exist came out, high level executives and what not. We didn’t make more money thoes days due to volume, but people absolutely spent the most per person on weekdays...

The oh I’ll get shyt faced on a Monday night cause I don’t have to go in the office tmmrw, rounds of macallen 25 year and bottles of Caymus and opus one

Yeah but they are getting usually discounted bottles on week days , like 5 moets for $1000 type shyt so it looks like theyre spending more but trust me no where in America does clubs make more on week days than weekends... a club may hit capacity every week day and do very well, but the demand for people to go out will always be mainly Saturday, followed by Friday
