In all honesty you have to really seperate this conversation into two parts. Alot of times they get lumped in together and it makes things confusing.
1) Guys looking to experience a new culture and meet NORMAL women from that culture. This group has the most likely chance to find a good wife and succeed. The women tend to come from solid backgrounds and have average to better than average education. You are not breaking into this group unless you have the language skills for the most part. There are some groups that you can get into but you have to be connected in some way either through the embassy or business relationships. The average guy is going to be challenged to get into this if you don't have language skills.
2) Guys basically being sex tourists. These guys are the guys that are most vocal. Most of the video's you see are guys who are sex tourists that are basically trying to thinly disguise it. You can break this down into the deviants who you really want nothing to do with and they are way out there, the guys who under stand the game and move correctly for the enviroment, and the guys who get turned out. Many of the youtubers fall into the later group. They think they are buying love. That dime they paid to sleep with for the weekend is giving her money to her Novio once she gets home and he has no issues with it cause he is spending her money. Many of these girls have nothing better to do than watch telenova all day and their acting skills are supurb. I seen many a girl "cry" because her novio left that day only be be screwing someone else that night.
The experiences of group 1 are vastly different from group 2. But there is one common theme, know your enviroment and learn how to move correctly. Most of these youtubers think they are dropping game, but they are really looked down upon by the local expats.

The "White is Right" mentality is very strong there. People like to talk about how mentally colonized Dominicans are but Peruvians are way worse.
