I wonder if there's a correlation between body types and longevity. Brady looked out of shape initially but started taking his training more seriously in his later years. Flip side Big Ben was a slob his entire career and then tried to work out in that last year but it was too late. Once that arm goes...it's gone. I remember Brees being pretty ehh body wise but his arm decline was moreso about injury than not working out.

Stafford isn't a workout warrior but simply has an elite arm. He can prob throw 50 yard bombs until he's 41.
