Paul George has put together an impressive all-around NBA career. Everything started back with the Indiana Pacers. At one point in time, he had the Pacers looking like a team who would win an NBA championship.

In two straight years, during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 season, Indiana made a run to the Eastern Conferencefinals, led by George.

During those seasons, the Pacers saw their season come to an end against LeBron James and the Miami Heat. Each of those Indiana squads were good enough to win a championship, but simply couldn't get over the hump.

On Wednesday, George spoke out and thought back to those days. He blamed James, because otherwise he thinks he would have won a championship.

“Had there not been a LeBron James… (expletive) I might’ve had one in Indiana," George said.

Since his days with the Pacers, George has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Clippers, and now the Philadelphia 76ers. He has yet to win a championship, but is still hungry for one.

Last season with the 76ers, things did not go as planned. After landing a huge four-year deal worth just over $211.5 million, George dealt with some injury issues, as did Joel Embiid.

George played in just 41 games throughout the 2024-25 campaign. He averaged 16.2 points per game to go along with 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.8 steals, while shooting 43% from the floor and 35.8% from 3-point range.

At 35 years old, George's window to win a championship is getting smaller. He could be a name to watch this offseason as a potential trade target for contenders as well.

Need to see a list of HOF players LeBron kept from getting a ring next to Jordan's list :jbhmm:
Mike's playoff record vs All-Time players:

•5-0 vs Ewing
•3-0 vs Barkley
•3-0 vs Zo
•2-0 vs Stockton & Malone
•1-0 vs Magic & Worthy
•1-0 vs Drexler
•1-0 vs Nique
•1-0 vs Payton
•1-0 vs Webber
•1-0 vs Reggie

•1-1 vs Shaq

•1-3 vs Zeke
•0-2 vs Bird & McHale
•0-1 vs Moncrief

LeBron vs All-Time players:

•4-0 vs PG
•3-0 vs Butler
•3-0 vs Rose
•3-2 vs KG & Pierce
•2-0 vs Harden & Westbrook
•1-0 vs Vince
•1-0 vs Melo
•1-0 vs Tatum
•1-0 vs Dame

•2-2 vs Allen
•1-1 vs Billups
•1-1 vs Kidd
•1-1 vs Kawhi

•2-3 vs Steph, Dray, & Klay
•1-2 vs Duncan, Parker, & Manu
•1-2 vs Durant
•1-2 vs Jokic
•0-1 vs Dwight
•0-1 vs Dirk
•0-1 vs CP3

If you cut LeBron's career after 13 years, that would be 2016, so we can make it even to Mike's 13-year Bulls career. Thru 13 years, Bron was:

•3-2 vs KG & Pierce
•3-0 vs Rose
•3-0 vs PG
•2-0 vs Butler
•1-0 vs Durant, Harden, & Westbrook
•1-0 vs Melo
•1-0 vs Vince

•2-2 vs Allen
•1-1 vs Steph, Dray, & Klay
•1-1 vs Kawhi
•1-1 vs Kidd
•1-1 vs Billups

•1-2 vs Duncan, Parker, & Manu
•0-1 vs Dwight
•0-1 vs Dirk

So thru an equivalent 13 years, LeBron played against more All-Time players and more All-Time teams than Mike did. LeBron ran into two dynasties that accounted for 4 of his 7 playoff losses thru 13 years...

Don't even try to shyt on his competition because we can line some of these names up----->the better players overall were in LeBron's era..
