If you aint at peace before a woman comes you wont be after she is there. But I will say...they can definitely disrupt it. People in general can be disruptors of peace tho. It's part of the tradeoffs of interpersonal relationships. Our own selves are often disruptors of our own peace. How often have you sat in silence with yourself and started thinking about some embarrassing shyt or worrying about some shyt that is not a clear and present issue? The central nervous system can crave activation when it isn't used to peace
