Silas didn't even deserve to get fired from the Cavs. At least not for Mike fukking Brown. Everyone talks about how bad that roster was - but it was even worse when Silas was still coaching.

Silas actually did a great job salvaging what players were left alive after Larry Brown got let go though. DJ probably would've shot himself if it weren't for Silas that year.
