This is why I dont find most white people's "pranks" to be actual pranks. A prank is meant to make both the target and the pranker laugh. This is just spineless cruelty. The person wants to humiliate another person and enrage them, but then try to use humor to avoid consequences for the psychological and physical harm their actions cause. A lot of cac humor has an element of cruelty and vindictiveness to it. They see it as a way to cause harm but get away with it under the pretense of humor.

A prank mildly inconveniences someone in a humorous way. This is isnt a prank, and it would be completely understandable for her mother and the whole family to beat her so aggressively it sounds like drum and bass.
