There's no "correct way" to carry 192 pounds at 5'7(the starting weight for Obese for women of that hieght. not your initial number of 140 which is a normal weight ) you'd be legit 50 POUNDS above normal weight for your height. No way to make that look desirable I'm sorry.

I'm sorry black women are not some exception. The vast majority are not walking around looking like ig models with phat asses, big t*ts and hips but flat stomachs making them clinically obese only on the scale.
