I was under the impression that clerking for a judge was a prime gig for new grads?
Maybe that was law students....
federal circuit court clerking is prestigious, clerking at the county level is bullshyt that leads to being a states attorney of making 85k at some small firm.

go on USAjobs.gov I saw some positions you can apply for. Hold the county job and apply for a fed job do that for a bit and either go into your own practice or hook onto a firm with your experience![]()
